Jon Voight describes the experience of working with DeNiro as draining, likening it to the challenge of overseeing a pampered child.

Jon Voight, a highly esteemed actor in the country, has collaborated with numerous Hollywood figures throughout his career. However, among the many actors he has worked with, one stands out in his opinion: Robert De Niro.

Voight expressed that working with De Niro was challenging, likening it to babysitting a spoiled child. During the six months spent filming “Casino” with De Niro, Voight found the experience so taxing that he has no intention of repeating it.

Describing De Niro as an irritable individual, Voight claimed that much of the on-screen intensity is a reflection of De Niro’s actual emotional state. Voight recalled that De Niro frequently displayed the iconic “you talkin’ to me” expression.

Since their collaboration on “Casino,” Voight has refrained from working with De Niro, even turning down roles because of De Niro’s involvement. Voight mentioned a missed opportunity to play Greg Focker’s dad.

Entertainment correspondent Tara Newhole from ALLOD suggests uncertainty regarding Voight’s right to criticize De Niro’s work in “Casino,” citing De Niro’s impressive performance, particularly in the memorable desert scene. Despite Voight’s absence from the film, Newhole believes his spirit resonated in the production.

Newhole expressed doubt about Voight’s involvement in “Casino” and pointed to a potential small part in “Heat,” emphasizing the iconic pairing of De Niro and Pacino. She concluded by labeling Voight as potentially an “out of touch, partially delusional Boomer.”

Regardless of the accuracy of Voight’s claims, the remark about babysitting a spoiled kid is expected to generate attention and possibly alleviate some Christmas debt, according to patriotic sentiments. God Bless America.
