Reverend Isaac S. Anderson relocated from Rose Hill, Virginia, to Cumberland Gap, Tennessee, around 1907, as depicted in this vintage horse-drawn buggy photo. He held ministerial services in an old log chapel in Cumberland Gap. Alongside Reverend Isaac S. Anderson in the photo are Miss Cornelius, the daughter of Dr. Cornelius of Berea, Ruth Moore, the daughter of Lincoln Memorial University professor Jesse H. Moore, and Mrs. Delia Spencer, who is holding a horse.
