CAGLIARI, ITALY—Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom faced an awkward moment Monday when they spotted each other naked paddleboarding off Sardinia’s coast. Both groaned, realizing their ex was nearby, and quickly looked away to avoid contact.
“Seriously? Why is she here in the Tyrrhenian Sea?” Bloom muttered, keeping his eyes fixed ahead as he paddled past the 40-year-old singer. Perry, meanwhile, tried to stay calm. “Of all people, it’s him,” she whispered. “Stay cool, Katy. Act like you don’t see him. And don’t glance down!”
The two kept up the act, pretending not to notice each other. At press time, Perry reportedly jumped off her board after spotting Russell Brand nearby.
