WASHINGTON, DC—Democrats raised alarms after President Donald Trump ordered the U.S. Census to count only citizens, warning it could nullify illegal alien votes they claim Joe Biden’s administration secured. The Trump-census-illegal-votes controversy has sparked fierce debate.
